Who is eligible for an Attorney account?

Any startup attorney who plans to use Clerky with their clients is eligible to apply for an Attorney account. In order for your application to be approved, you must be in good standing in the jurisdictions where you are licensed.

After your Attorney account application is approved, your account will have access to a private workspace for use with your colleagues and clients. You may add paralegals, assistants, or other members of your firm as colleagues to your new workspace so that they can also assist your clients in using Clerky. There is no limitation on how many colleagues or clients you can add to a workspace.
