How can I have my client add me to their team?

If your client's team is already in your workspace, you don't need to wait for your client to add you as a collaborator to their team. To check whether your client's team is in your workspace, go to Teams in the sub-navigation bar of your workspace manager and view the teams in your workspace. If your client's team isn’t in your workspace, your client can add you through their team collaborators page. Share with your client the articles How do I add a collaborator? and What settings should I use when I add a collaborator? for step-by-step instructions and guidance. After you accept your client’s invitation to become a collaborator, their team will appear in your workspace.
