How can I stay informed about what my client is doing?

You can stay informed about what your client is doing by having them add you as a reviewer or observer to document sets that they’re working on. Once you’ve been added as a reviewer, signature requests can't be sent out until you and all other reviewers confirm the information entered. 

Once you’ve been added as an observer, you’ll be notified via email when signature requests are sent to the party you’re observing. The email notification will have draft copies of the documents attached. You'll be notified via email again when the document set is finalized. This email will have copies of the finalized documents attached.
