How do I give a client's team access to a specific Clerky product?

You can give your client’s team access to a specific Clerky product through your workspace manager. Note that your client must have a team in your workspace before you can do this. If your client doesn’t have a team yet, see How do I create a team for a new client? for instructions. After you’ve created their team, you can then follow the steps below.

  1. Click Manage to open your workspace manager.

  1. Click Teams to access the teams in your workspace.

  1. Select your client's team from the teams list.

  1. Click Templates.

  1. Click Add.

  1. Navigate to the product you want this team to use.

  1. Click Select Document Set Template to give the team access to the product.

Your client will now be able to access the product in their templates.

Note

Your client will not be sent an email notification from Clerky, so you may want to let them know you’ve given them access to the product.
