How do I invite my client to use a specific incorporation product?

You can invite your client to use a specific incorporation product from the workspace manager. This article will cover:

How to send the invitation to your client

  1. Click Manage in the main navigation bar.

  1. Click Teams in the workspace manager sub-navigation bar.

  1. Click the Add menu and select Invite Someone.

  1. Enter the email address of the founder who will be completing the incorporation paperwork.

  1. Before you send the invitation, you have the option to prompt the founder to use a specific template. By default, this option is enabled. Keep this option enabled and select the incorporation product you’d like your client to begin with.

  1. If you’d like, you can also add colleagues to your client’s team and specify if they should be reviewers, observers, or both and on which document sets. If you’d like a colleague to be added to the incorporation paperwork you’re inviting your client to start, you can check the box for Incorporation to specify that these settings should apply to incorporation document sets.

Then click Send Invitation.
