How do I give a client access to Clerky products?

Your client needs to have a team on Clerky before they can access Clerky products. If they don't have a team, see How do I create a team for a new client? for step-by-step instructions. 

You can give a client access to Clerky products in different ways depending on whether your client’s team is already in your workspace or needs to be added to your workspace.

If your client’s team is not already in your workspace:

You can prompt your client to use a specific product when you add their team to your workspace. For step-by-step instructions about how to do this, see How can I add a client’s team on Clerky to my workspace?.

If your client’s team is already in your workspace and you want to give them access to a specific product:

You can give a team in your workspace access to a specific product through the workspace manager. For step-by-step instructions about how to do this, see How do I give a client's team access to a specific Clerky product?.

If your client’s team is already in your workspace and you want to give them access to a group of products:

You can add an existing team to a group of Clerky products. For step-by-step instructions about how to do this, see How do I add a client’s team to a group of Clerky products?

Our software will automatically give your clients access to more products as they complete prerequisite paperwork on Clerky. For example, after a client has incorporated and finalized paperwork using our post-incorporation setup product, they’ll receive access to our Fundraising and Hiring products. Similarly, after your client finalizes paperwork using our stock plan adoption product, they’ll receive access to our equity compensation products.
